Two of Bluebell’s partners have made it onto the ‘Best of 2016’ end of year list from the Building Centre!
Our editorial on ES Finestra’s Glass-to-Edge minimalism and our feature on turning an average space into one with architectural appeal with Albed’s Dot sliding door were deemed two of the best products featured on the Building Centre this year.
Both product features are a result of a focus on minimalism, with ES Finestra’s products using minimal hardware and framing for maximum light inlet. Albed’s Dot door with light glass surfacing and slight, inset handle make it the perfect discreet sliding door.
We’re pleased – but not surprised – that these products are some of the best of 2016; our Italian Partners put the utmost care, attention, and detail into their products and this recognition confirms there is demand for and interest in forward-thinking Italian Design. Be it flooring, security doors, interior doors, surface finishes, windows or high-tech wine chillers, the intelligence, craft, skill and thought that goes into their conception and creation is astounding.
We choose The Building Centre’s product platform due to their focus on promoting innovation in the built environment. The organisation has developed into an inspirational body dedicated to providing information and inspiration to all sectors of the built environment as well as the general public. Their Specifinder product directory is used by top architectural practices as a trusted base to find and specify products for building projects.
We look forward to the successes and challenges that 2017 brings, and hope to see ourselves represented on the list again next year!
